1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after shipment.
• Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Delays
• Inclement weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather-related disruptions.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Once an order has been shipped, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
• If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at savannah@owlchemyandglitz.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

• We currently do not offer international shipping.
